Refund Policy
Publication fees paid by authors are generally non-refundable once a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication or published. Authors are therefore advised to ensure complete satisfaction with the journal’s scope, policies, and publication process prior to making any payment.
If a manuscript does not reach the peer-review stage due to editorial screening, technical issues, or administrative reasons, the reviewing debt will be canceled, and the authors’ peer-review obligations will be waived accordingly.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests for publication fees may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Technical or system-related errors during payment processing
- Incorrect or duplicate payments
- Excess or unintended payments
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is subject to internal verification and administrative review by the journal.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days. The actual processing time may vary depending on the payment method used (bank transfer, card payment, or digital platforms) and the policies of the respective financial institutions.
Changes to the Refund Policy
The journal reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the journal’s website or via other communication channels deemed appropriate. Continued use of the journal’s services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
